Preventative maintenance is our specialty and we have perfected over the last 35 years. We are committed to providing you with professional, high-quality service and repair, completed quickly and conveniently, to keep your vehicle on the road, where it is most productive. We have a 20,000 square-foot facility and the latest factory scan tools for your vehicles, in order to prevent needless dealer visits and repairs. We are one of the very elite garages listed as a "AAA Top Shop" for the last 7 years which means we are in the top ten percent of their repair shops, and have been an A+ rated member of the Better Business Bureau for over 25 years. We offer our retail car customers the following: * Complete Preventative Maintenance Program:This plan is designed to set a regularly scheduled maintenance service to fit your needs. We will assist you in setting the proper service intervals for your car. This program includes oil and filter change, lubrication, and tire rotation, along with an 82-Point Preventative Maintenance Inspection. We then advise you of any necessary repairs that your vehicle requires currently and in the near future. The advantage of this program is to ensure that your vehicle is constantly maintained properly to keep it in top running condition. * Scheduled Maintenance Program:We utilize a software system featuring Auto Shop Writer to serve our customers, which enables us to track the maintenance status / and the service history on each of your vehicles. This program is also capable of calculating total money spent and cost per mile of each vehicle during any given period of time. * Factory Scanners:We have the latest factory diagnostic equipment including the GM Tech 2, Ford NGS and IDS, Bosch KTS570 and many generic scanners. This allows our factory-trained technicians to accurately diagnose engine drivability problems, such as check engine lights and Ohio Emission "E-Check" failures. All of our technicians are ASE Certified, including several Master Auto, Master Truck and L1 Advanced Engine Performance Certifications. We regularly attend training schools to keep up with the latest technology. * Transmission Shop:Our In house shop allows us to serve all of your automotive transmission, clutch, and differential needs, we repair and rebuild automatic and standard transmissions on the premises. * Hunter Tire Machine and Road Force Tire Balancer:The Hunter TCS3500SS Tire Machine is equipped to easily change low profile and run flat tires without touching the rim. The also new Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Tire Balancer can apply 1400 pounds of force against the tire assembly to seat the rim and detect vibration and pulling problems that are not related to alignment or balance and then will correct it. Hunter Thrust Angle & 4 Wheel Alignments - The Hunter R811-19 Alignment Machine features a patented bar graph that shows the amount and direction of adjustment required to correct your vehicle's alignment. * MotorVac Carbon Cleaning System:Is a revolutionary process that will clean your vehicle's fuel system, including injectors and remove harmful carbon deposits. This system utilizes unique cleaning solution, which will not damage your vehicle's sophisticated engine components. After MotorVac Carbon Cleaning System cleans your engine, you will notice improved performance, acceleration and increased fuel economy. * Transmission Fluid Flush:The typical transmission service only replaces 25% of contaminated fluid leaving behind 75% contaminated fluid mixed with ;the new transmission fluid. The Transmission Fluid Flush Machine safely removes 100% of the contaminated fluid, varnishes and sludge deposits and cleans all internal transmission components. * Viper Cooling System Power Flush:Whenever a fluid such as your vehicle's antifreeze is in contact with metal, electrochemical degradation takes place, causing the acid level of your antifreeze to increase. It is highly recommended to flush your cooling system at least every 2 years or 30,000 miles to ensure the proper PH balance of your antifreeze; which will extend the life of your radiator, heater core, water pump, head gaskets, freeze plugs, radiator and heater hoses and prevent unnecessary costly repairs. By performing the Viper Cooling System Power Flush it allows us to flush your cooling system by continuously forcing the fluid under pressure through the engine, radiator and heater core in both directions at different times and forcing the fluid through micron filters to remove all contaminates from the coolant at which point we can bring the PH level of the antifreeze back to its proper specifications. * Free Shuttle Services:We are open Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri from 8:30 AM-6:00 PM, and Wed 8:30 AM-8:00 PM. We can service your vehicles when it is most convenient for you. We offer a free shuttle service and free loaner cars to our customers, as well as convenient, free vehicle pick-up and delivery. With this service, you won't be delayed while waiting for your vehicles to be serviced or repaired, because we know how important your vehicles are to the productivity and success of your operation. With that in mind, we will give your vehicles priority scheduling to ensure that your maintenance and repairs are completed as quickly as possible.
